Miss Midsouth 2008 is Ashley Buckman.  Ashley is a 23 year old first year Law Student at Mississippi College School of Law. Ashley is a vocalist who's platform is NetSmart, keeping kids safe on the internet.

Ashley's future plans include becoming a child advocate attorney.  Ashley is the daugter of Dewayne Buckman of Collinsville and Kathy Elliot of Petal.
